The Art Ending is the ending that occurs when the Baby Game has been played for the four hours as advised by the Narrator without letting either the Baby or the Puppy die.
This ending is in the HD Remix and Ultra Deluxe.
Obtaining the Ending[]
Exit the Office and head to the right door at the Two Doors Room. Carry on straight to the Warehouse, get on the cargo lift, jump down to the catwalk in the middle of the ride, head to the Colored Doors Room, and go through the blue door three times. After being taken back to the Two Doors Room, this time with a third door, go through any door and rate your experience. After being taken back, rate your experience again. The player will be taken to the Baby Game afterwards. When facing the Baby Game, the Narrator tells the player to keep pressing the button for four hours to truly understand the meaning of art. After two hours, a puppy is added that the player must now keep safe from harm as well with the help of a blue button.
The Baby Game[]

As the Narrator instructs, the player will have to play the Baby Game for four hours, which is probably the biggest challenge the game presents. The task here is very simple; push the red button to keep the baby from the fire. The Narrator will periodically speak to Stanley about the nature of the game as it goes on.
After two hours of playing, the Narrator will add a puppy to the game, where the puppy is being lowered into a pool of piranhas. This means the player will be forced to deal with two buttons at the same time, preventing the usage of any sort of "auto-clicker", unless a program is set to handle the addition, as they now have to constantly move across the room to manage between the two. Should the player fail the former, the Narrator will take them straight away to the Games Ending, after three hours of playing, the Narrator will discuss the possibility if Stanley keeps pressing the buttons.
The Narrator imagines that people will come from all over the world to see "the man who never stops pushing buttons", and that video games are actually art (the Narrator is talking about his video game).
The Ending[]
As the final hour of the game ends, the room will shake violently, and a being known as the Essence of Divine Art will illuminate the room with a bright light. The Divine Art reveals its true self before Stanley and grants him the freedom he longed for. The game then resets.
With The Bucket[]
If Stanley is carrying the Bucket, access to this ending is locked and instead leads the player to the No Buckets Ending.
Trivia[]
- Letting the puppy get dipped into the lake of piranha causes the baby's reset button to malfunction, effectively forcing a loss.
- The Narrator calls Stanley a heartless bastard regardless of how long he's played the game.
- Exclusively in the HD Remake, it's possible to play both games without having to press any of the buttons; get the developer console, type in the following:
ent_fire babytrainofdeath stop
. This will stop the baby from moving, although you will still have to wait for 4 hours in order to achieve the ending.
