This is where I and the other proctors have been working meticulously to construct a demo that explains clearly and concisely what The Stanley Parable is, how it plays, and why you should spend real world money on the main game!
The Narrator
The Demo Construction Facility is a place where The Narrator and The Stanley Parable curators work on creating a demo that explains exactly what the game is.
Information[]
The Facility is a large room focused around gathering props and items to use in the demo. There is a steel roof with windows at the top, where alongside other rooms cables are hanging. There are a lot of cardboard boxes laying on the floor, meant to store items used in the demo. There is a table owned by the Facility Manager at the bottom.
There are many side rooms meant to demonstrate certain factors or objects used in the demo:

See what the choice says about you!
Button Choice[]
After entering the Facility, the player must walk on a set of many catwalks, and then enter the "Button Choice" room, where they are introduced to choices represented by clicking one of the many buttons present on the walls in the room. No matter which one is chosen, the Narrator will always call the player a pervert.
Wall Technology[]

A wall that you can walk through.
A side room containing a door close to two windows that once opened gives access to a wall that can supposedly be walked through. This is not the case though, and the Narrator acknowledges that "it is still in development". During the memory recalling at the end of the Demo in the isolation chamber however, if you manage to reach the wall before The Narrator teleports you back to the chamber, it will actually be walk-through.

Demo in Progress.
Demo Status[]
A side room containing a speaker device that tells you whether or not you are inside the demo or not. This device also appears in the Final Decision Room.
Emotion Booths[]
- Main article: Emotion Booths

Raw emotions being displayed here.
This side room is full of emotion booths which are meant to demonstrate how the player recieves emotions in the game. They are also used to convert story into raw emotions. There are two emotion booths open for the player to try, and the Narrator will respond based on which one they pick, having extra dialogue if they pick none or both. There is a third "SECRET" booth that plays Who Likes to Party in the back of the room, which can be accessed by Crouching Ctrl under an emotion booth connector.
Compliments Room[]

You'll be blasted with compliments.
A room with a truck parked full of "cheap compliments" stored in a smiley button used to pump up the player's ego while they play the demo. In reality, there are only two compliments, one about Uranium, and the other one about the Number of Players in This Spot.
Extra Dialogue Sightings[]
- If the player turns around after exiting the Button Choice Room and goes towards the trash bin and the cardboard boxes, they will learn more about boxes.
- If the player goes to the empty enclosed area close to the Isolation Chamber, the Narrator will describe the contents in this area.
