This article is a list of all employees that are notable and who stand out in one way or the other.
Employees 028 and 528
These characters have no significance to the plot, and not much is known about them except that their monitor in the Monitor Room displays a static image of what appears to be the Phone Room, with red text over it. Both of their monitors have the same image.
After some further research, the red text is revealed to read the following:
ERROR ERROR BEEP BOOP ERROR ALERT DUE TO FAILURE OF THE ERROR KIND WE ARE EXPERIENCING AN ERROR BEEP ERROR BEEP //COMMENT ERROR BEEP BOOP// PLEASE CONSULT PROGRAM MAN BEACUSE OF ERROR OCCURRING IN THIS ERROR ERROR ERROR ERROR CAN THE REAL ERROR PLEASE STAND UP BEEP BOOP ERROR BEEP BOOP ERROR HONESTLY DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT’S LIKE TO PUT SO MUCH DETAIL INTO LITTLE THINGS LIKE THIS? I MEAN I’M TYPING THIS OUT AND I HAVE TO IDEA WHY, WILL ANYBODY EVEN LOOK AT THIS TEXTURE? WILL IT INCREASE THE VALUE OF SOMEBODY’S GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE? I DON’T KNOW… IF YOU’RE READING THIS YOU’RE PROBABLY THE ONLY ONE. HELLO.
Employee 038 is an employee who is exclusive only to the Confusion Ending.
The Raphael Parable
In The Raphael Parable (a Stanley Parable community mod), his office leads to a catwalk in the Warehouse. Also, you can click his PC in the mod, because it says Awaiting Input. The Awaiting Input PCs don't do anything in the mod. His door is locked, and his desk is themed like the Starting Office. He is probably on the top floor of the office (citation needed). His door can't be opened legitimately. You have to use the command to unlock all doors.
Employee 234 is one of Stanley's co-workers.
Much like Employees 028 and 528, they have no significance to the main plot.
Notable Easter Eggs
- If you look at that employee's monitor in the observation deck before the Narrator restarts the game the first time in the Confusion Ending, the monitor will be glitched out.
- It is speculated that Employee 234 is related to Employee 432, due to the fact that their employment numbers are switched backwards.
- The monitor says ### if you look close enough
Employee 419 is the owner of a desk relevant to the Click On Door 430 Five Times achievement. After entering room 417 while trying to gain said achievement, the Narrator will prompt the player to climb on Employee 419's desk. After this task is completed, the player will be prompted to click a few times on door 416.
Employee 419 is the only individual employee besides Employee 427 / Stanley to be directly mentioned by the Narrator. The difference between 427 and 419 is 8.
Main article: Stanley
Employee 429 is an employee in a room with a window and also one of the 600 other co-workers that Stanley has. Also, you can see the door to Employee 429's office during the office windows in the Escape Pod Ending. Employee 432's desk can also be seen, in addition to the door for Employee 430's office.
The Raphael Parable
In The Raphael Parable, Employee 429 has a computer that reads "Awaiting Input".
Related Easter Eggs
Employee 430 is one of Stanley's co-workers. They are mainly well-known only because there is an achievement that you get if you click on door 430 5 times, though you must do more tasks than that since the Narrator doesn't like an achievement as easy as to simply give a door a measly five clicks. He encourages you to click on the door even 50 times as well as many other doors (even climb on another employee's desk) to get the achievement.
