The Future Happiness Foundation is a fictional organization in The Stanley Parable universe. It is only mentioned if you answer a phone that rings outside of your office during the beginning of the game. The Future Happiness Foundation leaves a message to confirm a shipment of 1,327 cardboard boxes to an unknown worker in The Office. To confirm the order you actually have to press E, since the game cannot access your microphone.
If you accept the shipment, the next time the game restarts there will be a lot of boxes around the office. Paths to the other parts of the office may also be blocked.
