Loading Dock B is an easter egg and location accessible at the bottom of the Warehouse floor, both in the HD Remix and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe during the Not Stanley Ending through unconventional means.
Thank You, Please
In the HD Remix, Loading Dock B is simply a small white room with nothing of interest. In Ultra Deluxe, stepping into the open bay is now accompanied by the song "Thank You, Please" from the ACCOUNTING+ Original Soundtrack (Yellow Edition).
As ACCOUNTING+ wasn't released until 2017, it explains why it is not included in the HD Remix which was released in 2013, on top of Crows Crows Crows adding several references to their other works inside of the sequel in general.
How to reach Loading Dock B
One must first finish watching the Choice/Comedic Timing video before reaching the secret can be possible.
Method One
Possible only in the HD Remix.
Exiting the Phone Room and before heading back to the Two Doors Room, it is possible to step onto the Cargo Platform after the Narrator has real-person-proofed it and then get oneself back out with proper timing, allowing the player to simply step forward once the platform leaves to drop down to the Warehouse floor.
Method Two
Possible only in Ultra Deluxe as it requires the Jump Glitch.
The second, more accessible way to reach the bottom of the Warehouse floor is through activating the Jump Glitch in a previous restart and jumping off the cargo platform after the railing has been added. The Reassurance Bucket is not required for the secret to activate but it is possible to reach whilst carrying it.
Method Three (Patched)
An old way to access the bottom of the Warehouse floor was to let the cargo platform bring the player back to the other side and then crouching between a space in the fencing near the "WARNING: DO NOT JUMP FROM THE CARGO LIFT" sign and the fenced cargo platform.
As of the current version, there's an invisible wall placed there, blocking the player from performing this trick anymore. The invisible wall is not present in the regular Warehouse, as the map changes once the Choice/Comedic Timing video has been watched.
