The Narrator
The Settings World Champion Room is a location exclusive to The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe that can be found in The Stanley Parable 2 Expo. Reaching this location requires the player to walk up three sets of stairs, starting either from the Epilogue Room and walking along the overpass in the middle of the exposition hall to the other end, or through the staircase located to the left of the Jump Circle exhibit.
The room is initially locked and cannot be entered until the player has earned the Settings World Champion achievement. From that point onward, the door will open when the player approaches it, and then it will be able to be opened and closed at will. If the player unlocks the achievement whilst standing right in front of the door to this room, it may not initially unlock. This problem is solved through taking a few steps back and walking forward again.
Entering this room will have the Narrator congratulate the player on having earned the corresponding achievement, and reward them with a new setting called Bumpscosity. It is present in the Settings Menu from the moment that his dialogue in the Settings World Champion Room activates. He cannot directly explain what bumpscosity is, but he promises that it will be adjustable on a sort of slider available in The Stanley Parable 2.

The Settings World Champion room shares many aspects of its design with the Employee Lounge, as both of these locations have a blue color palette, a large window that reaches from floor to ceiling and comes with blinds, and shares an exact copy of the framed mountain picture, table, sofa, and armchair present in the employee lounge itself. On the aforementioned table sits a large golden trophy with the words "Settings World Champion" engraved onto its golden plaque.
A remarkable amount of black office chairs are placed throughout this room. There are two whiteboards present on opposing walls with congratulatory messages for the player on getting the achievement and a projector screen with another message spoken by a smiley face giving a thumbs up, saying, "Great Job!! You did it". Less notable details about this room is the presence of cabinets, small boxes, a plant, a copy machine, a projector, and a set of two blue rope barriers on each side of the door.

The whiteboard on the left side of the Settings World Champion room congratulate the player rather simply with, "Congratulations SETTINGS WORLD CHAMPION" in the center with nineteen (19) red, five-pointed stars surrounding it, the star furthest to the right being a shooting star.

The whiteboard on the right side of the Settings World Champion room states, "You are the CHAMPION of setting all the sliders to all the possible numbers! Please enjoy this room. This is your room. It was made just for you." To the right section of this whiteboard, the popular reaction image of a stick figure spitting out cereal in surprise is present, with the accompanying text in a speech bubble above his head saying, "They [the player] will never set the settings sliders to every possible setting" in the top panel, before spitting cereal out of his mouth in the bottom panel, having been proven wrong.
Trivia[]
- The Settings World Champion room and its contents do not exist within the map until the player has met the criteria to unlock it. After the achievement has been earned, the room pops into existence.
- The text, "SETTINGS WORLD CHAMPION", present on the door leading into the room changes depending on the game's chosen language, unlike most labeled doors in the game which remain in English. This is due to the text label present on the door being a text vector, not a texture.
- The armchair that is closer to the window has a graphic bug, showing the light spreading across the armchair in a checkerboard pattern.
