Hello, and thank you for playing The Stanley Parable Ultra Deluxe!

The Announcer

The Announcer is a character exclusively present during the New Content Ending in The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe. The Narrator doesn't initially know about the Announcer, as he is suprised and as excited for the New Content as an unexperienced player would be.

During the cart ride, the Announcer tells the player about The Stanley Parable's history and success using an set of animated cardboard models for backdrop, such as Stanley's Office, a household receiving the HD Remix from a game factory in exchange for money, The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe logo surrounded by lit wire lights, a grey box labeled "GAME" being injected with content from a pink syringe turning into "MORE GAME", along with a yellow smiley face, with a background similar to the pirate ship from The Stanley Parable 16 title sceen.

Finally, the player is lead past cutouts of file cabinets and a cutout labeled "NEW CONTENT" which moves to the side as the player passes through to reveal an elevator leading upwards.

While in the New Content Cart Ride in the Sequel Ending, the Announcer is absent.

Different Voice

The Announcer is voiced initially by Alex Hirsch, but can be changed in the regular version of the Press Conference Ending by interacting with a checkbox on the whiteboard present in the backstage area, causing the Announcer to be voiced by GrilledCheese instead, a moderator for the Crows Crows Crows Discord server, depending on whether the Cheese Trigger is active or not.
