The Paywall is a character that is exclusive to The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe on the iOS mobile port. This character appears at the end of the Paywall Ending.
The Paywall is massive black wall enshrouded in shadow with a brightly lit Dollar ($) sign shaped hole in the center of it, serving as an entrance for the player to step into to pay it for the full version of The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe. The paywall is made out of bricks, as seen from a lot of them having been removed to make the dollar hole shape itself.
Various different currency symbols, such as the British Pound (£), Euro (€), Yen (¥), and Cent (¢) can be seen on top of the wall from left to right alongside a row of barbed wire, guarding the top of the wall from being trespassed. Behind the wall, a bright white light can be seen illuminating the background. The Paywall is able to remember the scent of a player who has stepped through the dollar hole,[1] and will actively start moving towards them, coming for their blood if they refused to purchase the full game.[2]
