Do not harass, threaten, bully, embarrass, or insult other members of this wiki in any way. Witch-hunting, sexism, racism, othering, hate speech, and bigotry of any kind will never be tolerated. Users of all backgrounds and preferences are welcome here!
Think before you post.
Not Safe For Work (NSFW), Not Safe For Life (NSFL), racist, homophobic, transphobic, disturbing, gore or sexist comments and images are not welcome here. As well as any personal information of oneself or another user that could potentially Doxx or goes against Fandom TOS.

Disrupting the wiki with “edit warring” over differing opinions of a topic with another user or group of users is not productive.
This rule is designed to maintain the integrity and collaborative spirit of the wiki by discouraging "edit warring," a disruptive behavior where users repeatedly undo each other's contributions over disagreements about a topic. Edit warring not only undermines the cooperative foundation of the wiki but also impedes constructive dialogue and the development of a consensus-based, accurate content.
Do not engage in excessive self-promotion.
The wiki is a collaborative community resource for the topic at hand. It is NOT a free place to advertise your related website, YouTube channel, blog, social media account, etc. A little bit of advertising is okay as long as it relates to The Stanley Parable, Half-Life, Portal, or any other similar subject.
Do not threaten harm or spam/vandalism to other users and wikis.
If you see anyone threatening another person or wiki, report to the administrator.
Artificial-Intelligence
Posting any AI generated voicelines from The Stanley Parable's voice actors such as Kevan Brighting will result in an immediate IP ban from The Stanley Parable Wiki.
Artificial-Intelligence (AI) generated content is stricly regulated on The Stanley Parable Wiki. Using generative AI to partially assist in the creation of an article is okay. But please do not write full articles with unchecked and unmodified AI generated text. Uploading AI generated images, music, video, or fictions will result in a warning. Continuing to upload AI generated content could result in a block.

Manual of Style
Referring to the series/games
Make sure to refer to the whole franchise as "The Stanley Parable Franchise", not "Stanley Parable" or just "The Stanley Parable." Also, be sure to include "The" before all game titles unless stated otherwise. This includes "The Stanley Parable" "The Stanley Parable Demonstration" "The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe" and so on.
Numbers
Numbers should be formatted with a comma as the thousands separator for digit grouping and a period as the decimal separator. In templates, the formatnum parser function can be used for this purpose, while mw.language:formatNum can be used in Scribunto modules.
Numbers smaller than ten should usually be written as words instead of digits in article text. That is, you should usually write one, two, three, ..., eight, nine instead of 1, 2, 3, ..., 8, 9.
Units of measurement
For units of measurement, the Metric system is the primary system of The Stanley Parable Wiki. Any use of measurements must use the metric system, and optionally may use the Imperial system secondarily.
In-universe prompts, dialogue, or anything that quotes any in-universe text is exempt.
